I am using Cellex C products. They do not recommend applying the eye cream/gel to the eye lid area. Do I need to apply another cream to the dry area? If yes, what do you guys recommend?? |

| If you want to stay with Cellex C you must try the GLA Eye Balm. Fabulous! |
