I got my stri vectin tube 8 days ago. In the interests of research I did the following:
I applied as directed,3x per day to my "bad" side of face...you know, the side you sleep on and gets roasted by the fire. I also applied my usual RoC protient lift and ACE cream 3x per day to the "good" side.
About 4 days ago I thought I could see an improvement to my skin, but wasn't sure...maybe I just WANT to see an improvement. Today I saw my friend, who asked me what was wrong with my face, cos she thought it looked "odd". I asked her what she meant and after looking closely she said that one side (the left, RoC treated) looked bad compared with the other. She said that the right side was smoother, less lined, more even toned and had smaller pores. I told her about using the stri/v. She suggested ending the experiment and using it on both sides to balance my face up! so am I pleased? You bet! The down side to it is that it has the most awfull packaging and smell....yuk! minty medical! But it does seem to work (for me at least). After buying it and then reading all the negative stuff...but no real reviews, I was a bit downhearted when I got it....The only thing cheering me was the prospect of a package of skinceuticals stuff fromm EDS...my first one ever! will be giving reviews in time! Sorry for long post, but it is my first (ish) |

| I've been using a sample of the product on my problem areas (between eyebrows, on forehead and neck) on top of the retin-a micro. My results don't seem as extreme but these are difficult areas. I do think it's good for fine lines and it does give a nice sheen to the face. Kind of reminds me of the results I got with cle de peau. |

yeah...those are tough areas. My bunny lines are slightly better and the tramlines on my forhead are slightly dimminished...enough for my daughter to notice. The biggest improvement has been to the crows feet and those lines between my nose and below my eyes. EEK!  guapaboy has just told me off for yappin about beauty stuff....he just doesn't realise how much he unwittingly benefits! Needles to say he hasn't noticed ANYTHING...probably cos he refuses to wear his specs:(
oh well:P
