I have quite dry skin and want to have elasticity in my skin to prevent stretchmarks. I moisturize my body after showering everyday, however still get stretchmarks. Are there any pills or suppliments I can take to keep my body hydrated and skin feeling firm? |

Vitamin E, A, and C are supposed to be good for skin health. I've also heard biotin and niacin promote healthy skin. |

Not a supplement as such..but drink lots of water.. and then when you think you've drunk enough..drink some more
Hot water with a slice of lemon is a good way of getting it down. |

I've heard borage oil is quite the thing for true moisturisation. Only wish I could afford more supplements. That's what I'd get. |

Either flax seed oil supplements or omega 3 fish oil supplements are good. |
