I have both.
I was thinking maybe I could alternate between them? Or do you think it would be better to just stick with one.
TIA. |

I've been wondering the same thing, Lucinda. Actually, I seem to have collected bottles of Ylang Ylang, Iris, Balancing Oil, Normalizing Oil, Jojoba, Camellia, and Burt's Bees Repair Oil. I'd like to pick one or two and stick with them, so I'm going to start an experiment where I use each one exclusively for a week straight. During that week I'll take notes on how well each oil controls oil, controls blackheads, prevents blemishes, inproves skintone, and also how well it hydrates. It's going to take 7 weeks, but when I'm done I'll share all of my notes! |

Lucinda...that's a great question!
I will be purchasing the ylang ylang oil, but I'm going to wait to see what type of answers you get for your post before I drop the money on it.
I still can't believe "oil on oil" is a routine that can work!

I've had success with Ylang Ylang before, and I'm pretty sure the Normalizing Oil as well. But I have realized that I have been using wayyy too many products, and my skin has become extremely confused! So I have decided to simplify my routine.
I'm also trying to find a sun screen that doesn't make me brake out! (painful process...) |

They have different ingredients so they probably have slight differences in effect. I have my Clarins Lotus oil as well which I plan to use only in winter and at night because that gives me more moisture than ylang ylang.
You might want to use the Dr.H at night or whichever is less effective at oil control at nighttime. |

The Dr. H is less expensive and a good product, so, I use it when my skin isn't actively breaking out or too congested.
The Ylang-Ylang is better at controlling problem skin, so, if I have a breakout or clogged pores (or feel them coming on,) I switch to the Decleor until my skin stabalizes. |
