hey, i just wanetd to know if anyone knew how to get rid of acne scars in a fast and effective way; ive basically got brown spots on face and some redish brown ones too.. juz if sum1 can plz recommend me a cheap medicine or sumtin to use and will get rid of des scars... itd b greatly appreciated |

use juice beauty green apple peel. i dont think they are too terribly expensive. |

hey i posted a question bout acne scars .. i got brown spots as a result of them and redish brown ones... i use vitamin e oil... this isnt really workin.. sum replied ot me sayin use juice beauty green apple peel. i dun even ksow what that.. if sum1 cold tell me what it is... or recommend a diferent medicine thatd b gr8 thanx |

1. Exfoliation
2. Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel
3. Take Zinc supplements orally (50 mg)
4. Vitamin E oil directly on the scar |

Get the Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel. It works extremely well for my spots and blemishes. |

How long did it take for you to see results?

mick--how long have you been using vitamin e on your scars? i used the pure e sold in the little capsule form and it took me seriously like a year before the scars faded. i remember also exfoliating my face with cotton and cetaphil and just rubbing in circles on my face every night, then applying the vitamin e. it made my scars fade to where you wouldn't think i used to have so many. a lot of people think i am born with good skin, so not true! partly bought and partly good skincare habits |
