I just received my free sample along with the beautiful lips. I am so bummed the night cream bottle is broken and splintered. It is wrapped in plastic and I dont even dare remove it for fear the bottle is going to break into a million pieces. This is one product I was dying to try but am not sure I want to go through the aggravation of returning it and asking for a replacement.
It had to have been dropped before packaging as it was well packed and there is no way it was damaged during shipping.

You might try contacting them and explain the situation. At least get credit for your shipping?

What a bummer Sherri. I received my package today and thankfully everything was intact. I agree with AnnieR, maybe if you call JB they might send you a replacement  |
