I just want to say that I am loving Dr. Hauschka's Sage Bath. It's a different aroma than what I'm used to, and the therapuetic effect is so nurturing. It can also be used to put in a foot bath, which I've been doing after long days, long hikes, etc. I also use drops of it in my bowl of water for facial compresses. It's wonderful. One of my all-time favorites. Not too strong. |

This sounds wonderful, especially for the Autumn months, my SO loves his foot baths too so it might be something to look into, thanks for review |

Ooh yes the sage bath is fabulous. If you love sage you'll love spruce too! |

Eeep, it sounds wonderful for a girl on the go. When I start running this summer, I'm sure something like that would be wonderful to have after winding down... |

Mmmmm I love aromatherapy baths. In the winter I have an aromatherapy bath almost everyday and use different blends of Lavendin, Ginger, Black Pepper and Marjoram to help soothe the winter colds. I'll also use Rosemary, and Eucalyptus when I have cold or flu like symptoms as well. Clary Sage and Geranium Rose make a nice blend for that time of the month when you're feeling crampy and awful. I also love a pure Rose bath when I'm feeling a little blue or want to feel pampered and majestic. But my all time favourite scent is Jasmine and I sometimes treat myself to my trademark blend of Jasmine, Sandalwood and Grapefruit. Ahhhh. Simply divine. Thank God for beautiful, therapeutic EOs. |

Isn't the sage bath lovely? I've given the Dr. Hauschka bath oil kit to several people as gifts and all have remarked upon the sage in particular. Another plus is that it seems to appeal to both men and women, it's not too floral and not aggressively woodsy, just a nice, natural, herbal scent. |

I agree, Wildflower! Nature loves us if we only open our hearts to her
Btw, have you ever tried a Spruce bath? The Dr. H book piqued my curiosity as for it's powers of grounding and focus. My mother has a few private students with horrendous ADD and I mentioned that spruce EO as a bath or maybe in a diffuser would help. |

I won this Dr H bath kit with five little tubes in a metal tin..
I must say I am not a fan of those very fresh types of scents.
So am I supposed to use the whole tube or just a few drops in a bath?
TIA |

The instructions are to use 1-2 teaspoons. Wow, you're so lucky you won this - I think this might be in my next order! |

Hey! I won that too. I got a message from Germany that I won it from being on their email newsletter list. Maybe lots of people won it and it's something promotional they are doing. It was cool to get it directly from Germany.
BTW My inlaws are visiting in August from Munich. I'm going to put together a wishlist of some things Hauschka I want to try and they can bring it over for me. Only happens about 1x/year so it's a total treat. |
