So, I am working my way through the Hauschka line. . . I must say this is quite addicting! For the last few weeks I've been trying out the Rosemary Bath -- what an experience! To be fair, I am a gal who really loves her baths, so if you are a shower person this may not be for you. I've had samples of some of the other baths, and although I haven't given them a proper trial time, I must say the rosemary is my favorite so far! It has a very pleasant aroma, and my skin is very soft after using this product (I can even shave my legs in the tub without cream, no problem). It claims to 'revitalize pale and dry skin' -- not so sure about that, although it does seem quite warming. All in all, I definitely recommend it! |

The above post is a review of the following product available at EDS:

Dr Hauschka Rosemary Bath (150 ml / 5 oz.)
Imbued with the sun's warmth, rosemary essential oil stimulates the skin, invigorating the body and clearing the mind. Pale, cool skin is revitalized, the appearance of cellulite is reduced and the senses are awakened.

I haven't tried the Dr H baths but I have tried their body oils. In one word: NICE! I only had a few samples but I might indulge myself one day and get a full size. |

Mabsy...how much of the body oil do you end up using? It seems to me that I need more than I should -- it tends to absord very quickly into my skin. Have you had a similar experience? Overall, I think I like the baths a lot more than the body oils, although the effect doesn't last as long. |

Chimera - From memory a 10mL sample lasted me about 2 applications (or perhaps 3 - sorry, it was a while ago). I think the trick with any body oil is to apply it to skin that is still damp. That stops the oil from absorbing in just one place and it also means that the oil locks in the moisture. |

Wow, that makes a lot of sense. I have been applying it to dry skin. Thanks for the advice! |

I was in Whole Foods earlier this week checking out the DR H body care products and the Rosemary Bath one definitely smelled nice. Sounds like I am going to have to give it try. Thanks for the review chimera! |

I love the Rosemary Bath. I often follow up with the Rosemary Leg and Arm Toner, which smells just as lovely and really seems to invigorate my skin and senses. |
