Have you looked atwww.drugstore.com? They seem to stock big range of neutrogena, and they ship worldwide.

ww.sasa.com sells some of it but they don't have the full range. Unfortunately, drugstore.com charges obscene amounts for international shipping. You'd think they'd seize the opportunity to increase their customer base, but instead they charge ridiculous postage (and I *DO* mean RIDICULOUS!). Pity, they have some great makeup brands that are really hard for me to get in Australia.

Unfortunately, you can only buy at drugstore.com by DoUWantIt and it doesn't allow these products to be bought from abroad.
You install the program in your computer and whichever product you like, the message is:
We can't sell this product outside US
The export of this product is forbidden.
Because of brand conflict, we can't sell this product.

Alethea,

Could you try putting something else in you bag and checking out with that? Like, say, makeup? I'd just like to know what it quotes you for shipping. I think last time I tried it quoted me US$30 for sending some blush and an eyelash curler to Australia Surprised Maybe it's just their Australian shipping rates that suck..... Smile

Have you checked out SaSa to see if they have what you want? Can't think of any other place, sorry.

That's a shame about the shipping! I have never actually ordered, but use the site a lot for information..I usually find EDS cheaper for the things I need. I might try ordering something soon just to see.

Mabsy:
I uninstalled the program as it was useless to me Smile
So I can't check the shipping rates.
But drugstore.com belongs to Amazon.com and Amazon has terrible shipping rates even to Europe, where I live.

Have anyone order from this site? I was planning to orer from them but I read some bad review about them. They are located in Hong Kong and if it needs to ship internationally, you might get charge for additional custom fee which can be from $30 - $100 USD. Sasa.com is not responsible for the charges. If anyone had order from them, please let me know. If I need some special Japanese products, I will go throughwww.strawberrynet.com They are great.

Hi poohster,

I haven't ordered from sasa.com but since both sasa.com and strawberrynet.com are Hong Kong based company - the shipping rates & in the case of custom fee should be the same. Plus I don't think Hong Kong will charge custom for shipping internationally.

Just to clarify.... customs fees are charged by the country you live in, not by the country that the products are being sent out from.

Therefore, if you live in Australia you should not have a problem unless the products are worth more than AU$250 (if the parcel is marked as a 'gift') in which case you may have to pay customs fees. From what I read online, the UK is stricter with their duties than say Australia, and many people who order from StrawberryNet, or SaSa, or any other overseas shop, do get hit with additional taxes. Basically, you need to check the import duties in the country that you live in.
