For the last few weeks we have utilized a short feedback form in our shopping cart so all customers have a chance to give some negative comments on the website design and navigation. I understand that many of our forum members do not necessarily shop with us but might want to contribute and be considered for a prize draw. The draw will be for a Cellcosmet Gift Basket containing: Cellcosmet Activator Gel (125ml), Cellcosmet Purifying Gel (125ml), and Cellcosmet Anti-Stress Mask (50ml).
All you have to do is write one negative comment about our website design. Your comments will be kept confidential. We will make a draw within next 3-4 weeks. |

As much as I would love to be entered into the draw I really can't find a single negative comment. This morning when I came on the first thing that I honestly thought was how well done your website is.

| I just found this site last week and love the forums so I hate to even consider this a "negative". So, the only "suggestion" I have concerns the pages of the forum. Would it be possible to have a box to type in the number of the forum page you want to go to (ex:15) so that you don't have to go each previous page to get to it? I hope that made sense. |

The only thing negative I can think of- first, I agree with what the last person said, and secondly- when you reply to a reply of your post, there is no way of knowing if anyone will get to see your reply, unless you email them and tell them that you replied.
Do you know what I mean? I hope this isn't too confusing!

Andrea - I think the only way to do this is through people having email alerts on the posts they are interested in. If you start to send out notifications of every reply then people will get annoyed given the amount of traffic here.
Btw, how about feedback on the design and navigation of the EDS shopping site? I think this is also part of what Magda is after. |

Member and customer response to our feedback form has been outstanding!
Ms. Karen from Hudson, CO was drawn as the winning entry from all eligible submissions. Congratulations to Karen! She'll be receiving her prize within a few weeks.
But don't worry everyone! Since all of your comments have been so helpful in further improving our site, we've decided to give out one more Cellcosmet Gift Basket! Just keep up the great feedback and you may have a chance to win alongside Karen!

| Magda, I've noticed that the "Member Appreciation Forum" is no longer visible to me, even though the forum shows me as being logged in. I have to go to the "Watched Topics" (which I LOVE) and click on the link there. Am I doing something wrong? Also, I've noticed that the sort link that I would use to read the last posts first is no longer available at the bottom of the screen. This could all be due to the fact that I'm doing something incorrectly, but would love to be able to see these again. Thanks. |

| The member appreciation forum can only be viewed by Senior and Preferred members and the forum gifts apply the same way. But no worries, you'll get there very soon! |

I just sent in a comment about the possibility of being able to track an order via a tracking number.
Don't know if its possible but I really love this feature when companies provide a way for me to follow my order's progress. I live in a condo complex and my packages sit outside my door...stuff gets stolen.
Also...being in the desert...it can get to be 110 outside and I've had stuff melt before sitting on my doorstep or in my mailbox. |

Just a suggestion - that the most repeated posts gets stored somewhere in a group so that you can reseach more easily. ie by product type or issue.
I know I am too late but I still wanted to put the suggestion forward!
But I LOVE EDS though!!
