WHat's up with the Decleor brand skincare? I received some samples of it with an order and am not sure if I even want to try it, as I am chemically sensitive and only use Dr. Hauschka and Jurlique currently.
Does anyone have experience with it who is into ultra-pure products? How are the ingredients? How does it compare to others?
What particular Decleor products do you use/like/not ? |

I would say the ingredients in Decleor products are natural and chemical free.
I use Dr Hauschka and have recieved Decleor samples and love (epecially the scents) what I have tried, espeically the Neroli aromaessence oil. If you can use Dr Hauschka and Jurlique on your skin then you will have no problem with Decleor. |

decleor is good althought i like darphin better for aromatherapy range. personally i prefer decleor than dr hauschka, but again it's personal choice since those 3 brands are equally good. |

The smell of decleor is lovely. In fact, my six year old daughter wanted to use my ylang ylang oil for perfume. She loves the smell. As far as their performance, I only use the oil and lotion for oiliness. I have used the essential balm but don't really care for it much, but it took me using it on and off and finally on for three days in a row to figure that out. I have tons of samples, (thank you eds) of other decleor oils and balms to try but I haven't looked up what they are for yet so haven't tried them yet. |

I already ordered some Decleor products. I will let you know after I use them. However, I'm sure it depends on each person skin. |

I started to use Decleor last year and are now switching to Dr.H and thinking about Jurlique. I'd say Decleor is a mixed brand a bit more towards natural skincare on the spectrum. Their products smell natural and I don't have any negative reactions from them. While they did a good job keeping my skin moist in cold Canadian winter, I did not notice other improvements. Their ingredients include quite some plant extracts, but also have chemical stuff like silicon, propylene, and -paraben preservatives. |

Decleor is a very good brand. But it is far from natural. I love the cleansing milk and the toner with essential oils. They are gentle products. I would say very good for sensitive skin, compared to some other brands. |

I really like the oils! I think they are probably most famous for their aromatherapy stuff anyways so the oils and the balms would be the most noteworthy. |

I love my decleor stuff. At the moment I'm mostly useing neroli oil + prolagene gel = heals skin. I've gone off the balms a bit...but I'll probably go back to them come winter...(terrible thought that winter will be back!)
I've never broken out from their products. They have helped balance my skin.

I got some samples with my last EDS order. This is the first time I've used these products, and I guess I'm in the minority here, but I'm not a fan. I think the smell of this stuff is horrible. I used them for a couple of days, then tossed it all in the trash. |

I have used the decleor neroli oil and essential balm - liked them both but the oil was probably my favourite as it hydrate my skin well over the winter. Decleor is on the natural side of the spectrum but they do use preservatives that you may wish to or need to avoid due to reactions or just following the natural lifestyle. |

I use mostly organic products & I love Decleor. I use the body products-slimmimg oil, toning oil, etc., They smell amazing & work a treat. I stay away from any of their foaming cleansers or bath gels as they contain sodium laurel sulfate. I received a bunch of face samples from EDS & really liked them-especially the face oils.
I am extremely sensitive & have to be careful of what I use & have never had any problems w/ Decleor. |

I received some samples with my last EDS order..so far I've tried only the Iris Night Balm. It felt so soothing, smelled wonderful, and left my skin glowing. I think its more suited for my skin during the colder months, though, when my skin needs the extra moisture. Am thinking about getting the full size product for winter |

Hi qbee - I've tried a few products (at the end of last winter, I got a great Decleor anti-aging sampler from EDS -- check it out on their site) and I like them, but I agree with Jala -- the ones I got would be better for my skin in colder months when it gets dry. I'll start using them again in winter. The fragrance of some of them is lovely -- a bonus!
Decleor seems to cover every possible skin condition, so you can surely find products appropriate for your skin type. |

I have adult acne and I have tried medications prescribed by dermatologists and I have tried over-the-counter skincare products. All the products ever did to my face is either make it too dry or too oily. I was on the verge of giving up on using skincare products and resorting to washing my face with ordinary soup and water when I decided to give Decleor a try. The reason I was willing to try Decleor was because I am into aromatherapy and like Decleor's use of essential oils in its products. So, I went to the Decleor web site and followed their prescription for oily/combination skin. Here's my daily routine.
Morning: Cleansing gel, matifying lotion, aromessence ylang ylang oil, prolagene gel, matt finish skin fluid.
Evening: Cleansing gel, matifying lotion, aromessence ylang ylang nigh balm.
Three times a week, I exfoliate my skin with natural micro-smoothing cream followed by the instant purifying mask.
I started using the whole range of products that I listed above since the beginning of May and I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. My mother noticed a difference in my skin as well. For once, my skin feels just right! Not too tight or too dry! Secondly, I don't experience cystic acne breakouts anymore. Important to note is that Decleor did not cure my acne because I still do get breakouts due to hormonal fluctuations and I still have residual acne scars, and redness around my mouth and nose (damage caused by using medications prescribed by my previous dermatologist).
My skin will probably never be flawless for the rest of my life but I have finally come to accept it and manage it in the best way I can without going on birth control pills or Accutane. There are acne sufferers out there who go on them and they get the flawless skin I dream of having. I am not willing to risk the possible short-term and long-term side effects that these medications can bring into my life.
For now, I will continue to use my Decleor products even though dermatologists will tell me to throw them into the garbage! |

Do all their facial cleansers have SLS? I was thinking of trying their Cleansing Gel, but not if it has SLS! |
