I am 47years old with normal/sensitive skin. She has been using this line for quite a few years and suggested that at my age I should consider this line. I have "good" skin according to her but she said it was "dull" looking. I use a combo of things including C Serum. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. |

Hi Red Head,
Is she just trying to push product? That's always my concern with this sort of thing.
Now, it could be that she has very good reasons for pushing product ... but I always hate feeling like I'm being pressured into a product that isn't worth the money I'm paying for it!
At any rate, if you used an exfoliator, wouldn't that take any "dullness" away from your skin?
Just a thought ...

I second what hpjrt said, I'm so tired of people just sticking to one cosmetic line, there are a lot of prefessional intelligent lines like Jan Marini and they all have similar items as well as unique ones, so I just don't see any benefit in picking a brand and sticking with it (besides it making things a bit easier maybe). If your skin is dull, I highly recommend TCA peels! |

I really like the Jan Marini Transformational serum, but I could never use just one product line. |

I agree I like to mix and match-she means well but they do like to push what they sell. It seems very glycolic based and i feel that may be to harsh for me. |
