I got a sample of this and am currently trying it on my moisturiser and before makeup, as the instructions say. This stuff made my skin look really good, i must say! After 9 hours under makeup, I still looked a little "glowy". I think the stuff works a little like foundation, except what they call the "illuminators" make your skin look more luminous.
Question is, has anyone used this product? What do you think of it? I found it leaves a reddish hue on my fingers, and when some got on the packet in which it comes, it leaves a reddish stain when u wipe it off. That's normal is it?? |

I got a sample sachet of this & I didn't like it much. It made my skin look even more pink & I also got a pretty bad rash too But as far as I know you are supposed to use the day bright in conjuction with the rest of the "skin brightening system" i.e. daily microfoliant & night bright in order to help even out skin tone & reduce age/sun spots etc. |

I used to use this one all the time when I was a Dermalogica devotee (for a couple of years )! Loved it. The small particles of mica are "peachy" .....I wouldn't say red in any way... nor did it ever make my skin look at all coloured as a result. It just looked fresh and glowy, I have pretty pale skin, freckles... and I found this in combination with the Night one as well ( and the Daily Microfoliant) really made a difference over time to the freckles as well, lightened and seemed to "break them up".
Definitely no red though! Loved the orange smell, the SPF and the lightness of the texture too.... didnt make my skin any oiler during the day like suncreams always do for me.
I never used a sample sachet as you both appear to have though.... not that it should be any different...mine was in the white tube. |
