It's been a few months since I've joined this forum and my skin has dramatically changed. Never really been acne prone, at least not since my early high school years. I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice, tips and DIY recipes. This past weekend I attended a wedding and when I saw the pics I thought...wow. My skin looks like it's glowing! Also my cheeks have never been so moisturized and my T-zone has calmed down dramatically. I just seriously wanted to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. It may not have been much to those just adding a few words here and there, but it has made a world of difference to me!!!!!
Here's a pic, sorry it's so big, but you get a better pic of my skin this close up.

Thank you girls so much for the compliments!!! I'm blushing this morning 
smqueen, I look young for 26? Good lord you've just earned a quadrillion brownie points from me. I was thinking I was looking a little aged since I've passed the quarter century mark and been very self conscious of any signs of aging on my skin.
Besides for one or two freckle like spots on my cheeks I'm happy thus far. I've more of a preventative tactic and am quite proactive now in my skin care than I've ever been with all the information I've gathered from this forum. Who knew this much knowledge was power!

Try this to view the picture...
Right click on the red x, then choose properties from the drop down menu.. Copy and paste the addy into your browser and go.. It brought the pic right up for me...
And yes, agreed.. Your very pretty... |

Funny thing is, I'm not using any of those expensive products. Here's what I do on a daily basis.
I use my homemade DHCC morning and night and use my homemade ACV toner, in the morning I use my homemade vit-c serum, JB antioxident serum. Homemade HA serum and then sunscreen.
In the evenings cleanse again with my DHCC cleanser, ACV toner again and alternate the nights with either the CP serum or the Green Cream.
And that's it. Not sure if it seems a lot, but I feel it's quite simple.
I never really had bad skin to begin with, but a few weeks into finding this forum, the b/f even commented and said..your skin looks better. |
