Hello everyone, just discovered that if u need waterproof, run proof mascara on a budget-u can just dip yr mascara brush into a waterproof liquid eyeliner bottle and apply onto lashes..
This trick is great not only bcos it doesnt run, but also because the liquid eyeliner is of a lighter consistency so yr lashes will not sink from heaviness like other mascaras--trust me i have the standard 'will never stay curled" asian lashes.. 12 hrs later still nice n curled!!
i m using the amuse liquid eyeliner but i m sure other brands will wk!!
