After trying NUMEROUS antiaging products I finally found my H.G........Bliss No Motion Lotion.
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT, but guess what, it has been discontinued. I am sick about this.
I do have one extra in my arsenal.....when I called Bliss, they advised me to try Freeze 24-7 as a substitute.
Have any of you tried this? If so, what do you think.....it is awfully expensive for a GABA product.
If, however, it works, I will buy it.
Help!!!! |

It did absolutely nothing for me, I'm afraid. |

I have seen the Bliss No Motion Lotion at TJ Maxx recently, FYI. Just in case you want to stock up! |

I tried the Freeze products and found them a too harsh for my sensitive skin. |

Freeze did nothing but clog up my make up. |

I remember over a year ago Winnie gave a very positive review on an extremely cheap version of Freeze 24/7, but I can't remember the name. Perhaps you could PM her. |

the substitute might have been "arctic frost" available at Walgreens for around $30.00
I bought "no motion lotion" at TJ Maxx recently- can't say I am really getting results. is there a trick to it? |

There is no trick. It just seems to really immobilize my forehead.
It does, however, flake if you apply a product over it.
To me, it acts as clear "frownie", thus preventing your muscles to contract.
Maybe I should try a liquid bandage!!!!
Incidentally, I do have the cheap version of Freeze. I bought it in response to Winnie's reviews! At any rate, it does work very well.
Perhaps the true Freeze product works even better (who knows). Apparently it contains the most GABA of any cream. |

what is a "frownie"?
I need something to immobilize my forehead. i have to read for hours and hours a day, and can't seem to help scowling at my books- i'm afraid my face is going to freeze that way ( as my mother used to warn).
i don't want to start botox yet, as i am still pretty young, and i'm not sure what the long term effects would be ( i.e. muscle slackness).
unfortunately, "no motion lotion" doesn't seem to help. |

Frownies are available at Drugstore.com, and other sites. They are literally pieces of envelope "brown" paper with adhesive on the back. You moisten the adhesive and "stick" the frownie where you desire "immobilization"
You do this every evening.....this literally retrains the muscles in the targeted areas.
Many celebrities swear by this "oldtimey" trick.
The only drawback is that you look pretty ridiculous. Thankfully, my boyfriend is accustomed to by (at times) bizzare skincare rituals. |
