I've been using this for a month, and not quite happy with it 
Texture: A brightist sort of yellow, but doesn't really stain your clothes or pillow :P
Consistency: usual cream consistency
I find that it stings my eyes a bit upon application and doesn't quite hydrate enough, nor did it help with my bags or dark circles (granted that nothing probably ever will  )

This is a really good eye cream if you have millia that you want to get rid of or some rough skin under your eyes. I think it has some glycolic acid in it, hence it may not be as hydrating as others. I'd imagine it would be good for more mature skins, but at 27 I think it's too harsh for me to use on a daily basis.
