I have been considering purchasing some of the In Fiore skincare products and was wondering in anyone has tried this brand or has any opinions. It seems like a very natural line with no preservatives. The body products also look tempting.
Here's a link to Beautyhabit, most of the products have what appear to be complete ingredients lists. http://www.beautyhabit.com/infioreskin.html.
I am especially considering the Treate Cleanser as my morning cleanser. Here are the ingredients for the Treate:WATER, VEGETABLE EMULYSIFYING WAX, SEAWEED EXTRACT, ORGANIC ALOE VERA GEL, VEGETABLE GLYCERIN, ORGANIC OILS OF HIGH OLEIC SAFFLOWER & SESAME, ORGANIC HERBAL INFUSIONS OF BURDOCK ROOT, HOPS FLOWERS, ECHINACEA ROOT, PLANTAIN LEAF, DANDELION ROOT & LEAF, ORGANIC BULGARIAN ROSE WATER, XANTHAN GUM, SAGE & ROSEMARY ANTIOXIDANTS, GRAPEFRUIT SEED EXTRACT
The cleansing balm also sounds awesome but I am not sure that it would agree with my sensitive skin. Actually all the skincare sounds awesome!!
Looks good..... what do you think??? |

Thanks for the link Theresa, the range looks beautiful.... but I just ordered a huge pack of Zenbiotic.. so this is going on my lemmings list.
As for cleansing balms, are you afraid that they will leave a film on the skin and cause blocked pores? |

miranets I have never used a cleansing balm before but wanted to try one to see what I thought. I am a little concerned with using something that would clog my pores. So I was thinking of trying a cleansing balm in the morning and still using my gel cleanser in the evening. I actually am less concerned with a residue if that residue consists of natural oils (or even mineral oil) as opposed to chemically modified oils and fats. In fact yesterday morning I cleansed my face with just camelia oil and I really didn't notice much residue. I sort of figured that a little camelia oil on my skin would not hurt anyway!
The reason I am concerned about the In Fiore cleansing balm is because it contains lavender. I can tolerate small amounts of lavender particularly in a product that I don't leave on but otherwise it irritates my skin. I will probalbly try the Treate cleanser and may buy the pack with the oils and serum. If I really like the other products then I may give the Balm a try! |
