Hi guys, I was just wondering if anybody knew whether it's better to nap before or after working out. I only got about 5 or 6 hours of sleep last night and I need to study tonight for an exam that's on Thursday. I want to go on the treadmill too or do some weights to release those endorphins and get clear-headed.
Should I nap and exercise?
Should I just nap and not exercise?
Should I just exercise and not nap?
If both, which one should come first? |

Not sure which is better, but for some reason if it were me, I'd nap first get rested and ready to run. Usually when I work out, I feel pretty energized after the workout where a nap doesn't feel right or is unncessary. |

It depends... Do you usually wake up feeling refreshed after a nap? Or more tired? For me, I always feel more tired, so I would not nap, and just exercise.
I think still exercise. It will probably energize you for your studying. |
