I had this sitting around after photography and decided to try it. It comes in a pump dispenser (great to use) and pumps out a light foam with a pleasant, fresh aroma. Since the foam was so light and thin in texture, I expected to have to use Dove Soap afterwards (my standby cleanser, believe it or not).
Surprisingly, the cleanser worked very well for my eye make-up and the rest of my face. It foamed up more with the addition of water before rinsing and didn't leave a tight feel. (It is both oil-free and soap-free.) It contains soy extract but that is just in keeping with the rest of the Positively Radiant line. It's not on the skin long enough for the soy to have any effect.
I notice that the Canadian product is packaged differently, in a tubular container, as opposed to an oval shaped bottle. Costs about $8.00 for 162 ml, which is a really good deal. |
