I was planning on tanning my head so it matches up with my face tone. I was thinking of using Neutrogena Build a Tan for that. Since I don't want to necessarily shave my head completely, I was wondering if I could apply the lotion on my head when I have really short hair.

Do you mean your scalp  ? I didn't know people did that  it seems like that would just mess with your hair, I'm not to keen on the chemicals in sunless tanners. |
