I have tried everything , product wise and am wondering if this new product Lumedia can do what it boasts. Hyperpigmentation. Mine is probably due to hormones. Am 54 years. No wrinkles on my face. More or less firm, just the large triangles on my cheeks, a moustache andon my nose also. HELP!!!  |

what IS Lumedia? my hyperpigmentation is not hormonal, but i'm curious what else is out there for inhibiting melanin production.

Thanks for the link. IN case anyone else is curious, this is the information that I found:
When I looked at the Bremenn Research Labs site, it says,
"Lumedia is a new combination of three powerful skin lighteners that dramatically reduce melanin concentrations (melanin causes dark spots) and inhibit tyrosinase activity (an enzyme that ultimately controls melanin production)."
The ingredients listed on the Sephora site are
Active Ingredient: Hydroquinone. Other Ingredients: Water (Aqua), SD Alcohol 40-B, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Ethoxydiglycol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, PEG-8/SMDI Copolymer, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Tocopherol, Diacetyl Boldine, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Arginine, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Butylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Sorbic Acid, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Metabisulfite, Red 40. |
