I was recently given a gift pouch full of sample sachets of Simplicite products.. I have seen them on sale here in Japan, but have never tried the line. Since it is an Aussie line, I was wondering if any of our downunder members had.
I know that it is supposed to be a naturopathic line full of bush flower essences (which sounds very appealing for me).
The sachets I have are:
Nourishing Hand & Nail Cream
Angelica Lip Care Balm
Revitalizing Night Cream
Lemon Night Cream
Flower Water Toning Lotion (x 2)
Rosewood Face Oil
Sage Face Oil
The websites (simplicite.com.au or .co.nz or bonchic.co.jp) make it sound very enticing (very Jurlique-ish), but I would like to hear from some of our crew... (I would also love to hear about pricing in Oz!!) |

Hello,
I haven't heard of this line. I need to investigate.
If you decided you''d like to try it and can't get it sent to Japan then I'd be happy to send it to you. |

I've heard good things about this line but I haven't tried it. You can get them at Myer here (and maybe DJs, not sure) and they are slightly cheaper than Jurlique. |

The pricing in Japan seems to be the same (or a bit cheaer even) than New Zealand. The Aussie site has no price on it though. poop. I might try to go to Myer next month when I am home.
The herbal gel mask sounds great and I am drawn to try the items containing Flannel Flower essence - that flower grows wild around where my family are from and it is kind of our family "emblem" Dumb, I know.. but still.. |

Mabsy, I seem to remember tht when it was introduced at Myer it became the largest selling "new release" they ever had (I forget where I read that...) |

Really? Sounds impressive. Looking at their site, Myer and a few health food stores are the only stockists in QLD....
I wonder if they do trial packs? |

somehow I doubt it.. they dont have them in Japan and this place is THE place for trial kits, so if they had one I am sure it would be available... betcha myer would give some sample sachets though. |

Tiger
I checked out the Myer store in Chatswood and they did not carry this line.
I will be going back to work tomorrow so I will try and pop into the city store for you.
Are any there any particular items that you want to check the price on? |

Hi Tiger
Just want to Myers City store and got the price list for you. I will PM the price list to you separately.
If you are going to Sydney, you won't find the products on the main skincare floor. Instead it is tucked away on the Mezzanine Floor (together with the bath products eg Crabtree & Evelyn etc) where the handbags and hats are.
I did not get any samples as the line did not have a sales rep. It only occupied 4 very small shelves.
I did daub a bit of their Rose Damask Day Creme on my hand. It was not oily at all and was absorbed quite quickly. |

Oh my gosh, thanks for alerting me to sada tiger_tim! I was just thinking of the brand and wondering how I can try it without resorting to more overseas ordering!! The quasar just about crippled my paypal account. I'd really love to try the exfoliating cleanser and masks and cleansing cream. I can't believe I have only one face with the amount of stuff I've been buying and buying and buying recently... |

I caved in Australia and got 3 of their products... the Waratah & Beetroot mask (kinda leaves me reddish after use, but it goes away fairly quickly)and the Plant Serum... AND as a free gift at Myer I got a full-sized firming eye cream (valued over $40)!! have not tried the plant serum or eye cream yet.. .. might do that tonight when I wash off the mask... |
