Since alot of the topics in recent days are about exfoliating I thought I would review this wonderful mask. I have used it four times, about 10 days apart although the instructions indicate for best results use 1-2 times per week, I have very sensitive skin so always err on the side of less is better.
This mask comes in either a four use package which I think is very hygenic or a larger sized tube. The texture is clear and almost eggwhite in consistency, smell is wonderful, a light citrus. I spread the mask on my entire face including the upper eye area, not the eyelid but the area above. Leave on for about 10-15 minutes then rinse off. The natural fruit acids really leave my skin glowing without any redness at all. For all sensitive skin people this is a great alternative to the harsher acids or even the manual exfoliants. Even the normal skin types can use this mask as an inbetween major exfoliation treatment. For even better results, leave on for 10 minutes, then mist your face with some water to reactivate the mask, leave on for another 5-10 minutes then rinse. Best exfoliating mask for sensitive skin I have ever used |

This product is not organic but as far as being gentle, it is extremely gentle and produces great results. |

This mask is truly lovely - I use it about 2-3 times a week. My skin isn't super sensitive, so I"ll leave it on for 30 minutes, mist w/water to reactivate, then leave on for another 30 minutes. Skin is left soft and glowy - it's also the only mask I use that I'll put on my neck as well.
nickiegirl, the Murad line is NOT organic, but they do stay away from testing on animals. |

This was the first Murad product I ever tried and I agree, it's a very good, gentle exfoliating mask. I've since "graduated" to PSF pumpkin mask and Juice Beauty's green apple peel, but if I were looking for a gentler one because of sensitive skin or to ease into a more aggressive exfoliating regime, this one would be my choice.
Unfortunately, my good experience with this product led me to try some other Murad stuff that I didn't like as well. Oh well... |

A representative at sephora recommended this to me. I still haven't used it, but am tempted. |
