Sorry, I only have the above info. From what I understand, you can pay by PayPal - they will send you an invoice to your PayPal email address (which you need to provide) so that you can pay them. If you have provided them with your PayPal email address then all you need to do is wait on them to send you an invoice for the shipping and then it's sorted once you respond by sending the money. Hi everyone, we do have the 25 testers of Epidermx II left, these are free to US and Canada (Air Poste), other international we appreciate you helping out with a $4.00 payment for global priority mail (usps). There is a good 2 weeks of product in the tester, 7ml or about 1/4 oz.
This is for manslayerliz (I really am having a giggle over your ID!) I developed this product over 6 years ago for one of my daughters who was about to go to NYC to model - dad is a MD and grandpa is a Dermatologist - the shocker was when my hormonal acne and my other 2 kids acne cleared up - the other surprise that we have seen over the years is how much this product has helped people with rosacea and other skin conditions. We have had customers with extremely sensitive skin and they love it - we hope you do too! Thank you again, Amy |

Are you located in US or overseas? If it US then the Epidermx sample was free shipping, so you dont need that paypal account.
Otherwise when someone sends a money request to your email account that message will have the instructions on how to get the account! |

I received my samples about 4 days ago and I am loving this stuff. I remember people raving about the old Epidermx on the forum and I was a little afraid to try it because I remember someone suggesting that it wasn't great for "aging" skin because it can have a thinning effect on the skin. Anyone know if that really is the case because this makes my skin feel wonderful. The Chrystalx is divine. What about their other product, Naturdermx? Anyone have any experience with that? I tried JB AlphaDerm and saw no effect on my skin so I'm hesitant to try another product with AH-3. Maybe I should have started a new thread with this question ....I'd love some feedback. Thanks |

Hi Miss Nanapost, I just wanted to address your ? on thinning of the skin and EpidermxII.
Anyone who does their homework, and understands the skin - knows it is simply not possible for thinning of the skin to occur. Mabsby kindly posted a link that has oodles of information in it. Manual microdermabrasion creams remove surface layers of dead skin. We have a compacted layer of dead skin cells. They may be confused in describing the "thinning" as the removal of this surface layer. Sometimes with boards it requires discernment and education to know what is truth, what is a competitor attempting to create ?, or negative comments about a product or a company, and what is a genuine comment that is inaccurate, or confused.
Nanapost, I don't think the area is anymore confusing than that of Acetyl Hexapeptide 3 products. As I am a RN, when I research I go to the medical articles. No where have I seen more spin and misinformation from companies than on this subject. The same link has a page titled Lost in the maze of non - botox - you may find it interesting. AH3 products do take about 3 weeks to kick in - they do work - some brands better than others. This has to do with the amount used and how much of the product is able to get where it needs to work! If a customer is using silicone based products, this layer build up decreases absorption. We are the first company (I don't want to appear I am attempting to promote here) - world wide - to use manual microdermabrasion as a tool for skin health. It will simply make any product perform better. I hope you find this helpful. Amy |

Amy, thank you for your offer. I've got my samples yesterday.
If you don't mind, I have a question for you: what is the percent of retinol in Chrysalyx? |

Thank you for your question! Chrysalyx is quite a product. During testing it won the 2002 best natural new product in Europe award, took 7 years to fully develop with over 200 formulation changes! If you look under the microscope you see fine homogenized tiny bubbles, not the usual clumps and glops. Our products are a favorite of the attempts of others to knock off - I wish I could give you the % of Retinol (Vitamin A) in Chrysalyx but I cannot for this reason.
Chrysalyx is named after the butterfly's chrysalis - it was the best description I could find for a product that about does it all. It is a firming, detox, anti-aging firming moisturizer with over 15 organic botannicals and hydrators like shea and mango butter, DMAE, Alpha Lipoic Acid (which is also a chelator to negate the issue of free radicals from minerals in water), Ester C, Ceramide III, ellagic acid from pomegranate, Hyaluronic Acid, and all kinds of great ingredients.
I do hope this helps and thank you.
Yes, we still have 8 free testers of Epidermx II for US and Canada. Thank you all very much, we really appreciate your feedback whether positive or negative. Miss Nanapost, very happy you are so pleased and we appreciate you! Amy |
