Wandering through the mall today after my lunch break ( very good excercise ), it caught my eyes at Tony & Tina for its unusual color: SHEER BLUE.
I was wondering what Chunlisa would think about it, she loves navy blue mascara.
The SA asked me to give it a try but I always say "no, thanks!" to all invitations to try any eye ptd at the cosmetic counters.
Anyone has tried this alternative mascara that claims making your lashes look as romantic and beautiful as they would look when you are caught in the rain . |

Tony & Tina has a wide spectrum of e/s colors, they have the most "unbelievable" and exciting colors (that you dont usually wear on a normal day:D), but they do look sheer though...
I havent tried the blue one .... I think it will look good on fair cool skin .. hehe |

I hate it when companies come up with such clever and beautiful names for their products.... cos it makes me want to try them! :P Must go check this out! From what I read this is supposed to be used over mascara - very interesting! Mind you, this product is supposed to make your eyelashes clump (on purpose!). Apparently it separates your lashes out into clumps so they look like they are wet. Hmmm - clumping... this could really go either way for me.... Still, with a name like that I've gotta try it
Btw, is there any online site that sells Tony&Tina and ships internationally?

i think australian RRP for tony&tina's pretty alright compared the US prices already...
I have the lashdew, my review is as follows:
- consistency similar to normal clear mascara, (think max factor's clear mascara for example), not really sticky, it's a bright ocean blue gel. The effect's supposed to be like having little "dewdrops" on the tips of your lashes. However, i found that it took ages to dry, and no matter whether i use it with or without mascara, i can't get that dewy effect. It also weighed my lashes down substantially and clumped together.
I'd only recommend it for people with long lashes and decent natural curls because this product does weigh the lashes down. |
