Will it be a good idea to mix mavala double lash with Rx Latanoprost in order to achieve Jan Marini Age Intervention Eyelash serum? Will this DIY be as good (or better) than JMAIE? |

Since we don't know what the eyelash growth factor in JM is, it would be difficult if not impossible to DIY, but you could certainly double that up with other lash growth things. Just use JM in the pm and others in the am. |

Not a good idea. As Dealated said, we don't know if that is even the active ingredient of JMAIE and even if it is, you don't know what strength or percentage is used so you could easily "overdose" on it and cause other problems with your eyes besides short/skimpy lashes! |

My mom has gluacoma and uses those drops (latanaprost) in her right eye....As a result, the lashes on her right eye are so long and lush that it actually looks freakish - like they seriously need to be cut!! Jan Marini doesn't list the ingredients for her product....I wonder why??

She calls it "EyeLash Growth Factor" and I believe it's because she considers it proprietary technology -- if shared it on the label, then everyone else could create a version and cash in, too.
Not that I've let a little thing like that stop me! Seriously though, we've had numerous discussions recently about what may or may not be the secret ingredient in JMAIE so take a look through those old threads -- some of them are QUITE entertaining. |

lol! I agree. I love stumbling accross old, long, confusing threads while searching the sight. I'm spending way to much time here |
