I received this sample today, and tried it for the first time. I was looking for something hydrating, and results were impressive enough to post. It's a honey-colored gel, with a slightly sticky feel (kind of like honey). I was apprehensive at first application, because it started to feel a bit warm after application...usually a sign that I'm about to turn bright red! As it dried, it began to feel extremely tight...another bad sign for me, as I already have somewhat dry, tight skin! But, I stayed the course, and left it on for 20 mins (maybe a bit longer, I lost track).
Results after rinsing it off were surprisingly nice...little red blemishes that had cropped up earlier in the day looked a bit calmer...less red and inflated. Red flush of rosacea in my cheeks was slightly reduced. Pores on my nose and cheeks were quite visibly shrunken (I know, I know, this is only temporary). Skin felt slightly hydrated, but not greasy at all.
I will continue using this sample and post back if anything changes. At this point, I would definitely consider purchasing a full size!

I use Kiehl's recovery skin-salve as a mask to sooth my easily turn red skin. And I foud it quite effective. My skin was soothed dramatically.
Actually, many products of Kiehl's are pretty nice, and price is acceptable, maybe I will turn to it in the whole line. |
