i got a sample of this and i realy like it. i like it much more than decleor aroma puret mattifying fluid ( i have a fullsize tube of this too). it does an amazing job keeping me matt and shine free from morning to afternoon when i get home and wash my face.. i didnt use loose powder or ylang ylang oil underneath either, seriously wow! it is very light in texture and has no smell, and it just feels better on my skin than the decleor one and does a better job at keeping me matt. the only downside is the price -over 100 canadian, 85us!!! EXPENSIVE but its excellent!

Have you tried any of the other Darphin products such as the purifying balm? I find that Darphin has very similar products to Decleor but Darphin often gets mixed reviews. I haven't tried Darphin myself because it's much more expensive than Decleor and Decleor has more consistent reviews so was just wondering if you can compare other products in the Darphin line. But this is a good comparison! Thanks!

I noticed you mentioned using the Ylang ylang oil under your makeup - does this help with oil control too?

the only other darphin product ive tried is the purifying balm.. and it was a nightmear on my skin. it made me break out really bad and the breakouts didnt clear up until i got my decleor ylang ylang set! it is much waxier in texture.. i used it for 1 week and didnt want to tough it out since it made my face blow up Sad

and yes it really helps with oil control under makeup! before i'd have to use oil blotting sheets through out the day, but not really when i am wearing decleor. maybe just one sheet in the evening after wearing makeup for over 5 hours.

Okay - I looked at the decleor ylang ylang oil (or tried to but still haven't found the price or where you can get a sample ...). But I want to try this. I also have asked someone I know who may be able to make up a similar product less expensive for me. Thanks for info on the ylang ylang oil!

Jadegu, the Intral line is very good for sensitive, red skin. A few months back my face was flushed alot of the time. My doc said it was "that time in my life" Neutral but while that could have been true, I didn't agree.
I had some Intral cleansing milk & toner (in my "stash") & ordered the Intralderm Soothing Gel, Complex & Cream. The redness cleared up completely. Same situations where I really flushed before (& I do blush alot - fair skin) & now it doesn't seem to happen at all. It might be just by chance but I have used Darphin on & off for years & years & they do live up to their claim.
Also, on topic, the Mattifying Fluid is awesome in the summer as is the Skin Matte Balancing Serum Wink

I just wanted to pass this along. Re: the Decleor aromessence Ylang Ylang oil that someone recommended, I asked the person who I get my favorite clay mask from who formulates skin care things and she is making me the same stuff for less. She uses top quality ingredients and said she improved it by adding cedarwood and jojoba to the formula. I just wanted to pass it along in case anyone wanted to check it out. You have to go to clareledor website which is .com and then find oil regulator serum. I swear I have no monetary gain by this whatsoever.

I have very sensitive skin and tried a sample of the Darphin Intral Complex (the serum). Amazingly this really irritated my skin. I didn't even finish the sample, I only tried it two times. I have had bad reactions to most of the Darphin samples that I have tried.

One of the few samples that I did not have a bad reaction to was the Skin Mat Fluid. I really liked this product. Lovely texture (all Darphin prodcuts that I have tried have awesome textures), no irritation and it does help with oily skin. The only complaint I have is that if I put sunscreen on over it the sunscreen balls up. This is one of those products that I say I won't buy but whenever I am shopping somewhere that has Darphin I am always tempted to buy it! I think that someday I will do so.

Rolling Eyes there are different comments for darphin intral line.
I am a little confused.

actually,I hv tried intralderm soothing gel severel times last week. I hv no bad reaction to it, and I think it can calm my skin.

But I don't know if my skin would be irritaed by Intral Complex. I want to book it this week.

Hoping it is my right skin care product.

I am afraid that if I use darphin intral line products for a long-term, my skin will depend
on it instead of improving my skin.

Jadegu chances are that the Intral Complex will be great for your skin. My skin is not only very sensitive but I often have bad reactions to things that are specificaly designed for sensitive skin. Let us know how the Intral Complex and other Darphin you try works for you.
