Hello All! I was given a small sample packet of this product. I like it! Is anyone using it? I like the gel thing and very smooth and it glides on my face... |

Wow! and Diana Krall is one of my favorite singers too!!! So how's it? I'm very very tempted to buy their 1.25 oz tube, but I want to hear from others if they see any good results on their face...
Thanks |

Sorry, but I can't confirm the positive feeling...
I simply find the Barrier Repair too drying to the skin. It might feel good due to the high amount of silicones, but after a while, it really dried my (dry, sensitive-ish) skin out. |

try to put a thin layer of hydrated serum under the mask, you might feel the different.
i did that myself. |

What brand of hydrated serum you have in mind? Vit. C serum is okay?
Also do you put the barrier repair everyday/morning/eveining only? once or twice a week? I am now definitely going to buy this tonite!
Thanks. |

I am using Clarins right now,so far is good for me, but still looking for a better one, maybe Estee Lauder or Dermalogica...
I only do this in the evening twice a week. The rest of the week, I will put different mask on my face such as..hydration mask, firming mask, whitening mask.....etc...
Always keep myself busy. |

Barrier Repair is not a mask, but a protective layer to be used either alone or in combination with a moisturizer. |

I've used the Barrier Repair before and found it to be nothing special. It's just full of silicones like makeup primers that make your skin feel very slippery and smooth. It actually dried my skin out. |
