Hi,
I am having a heck of a time finding Dr. Renaud in France (and I thought it was made here?). Is anyone else having the same problem? I have ordered from Essential Spa and am keeping my fingers crossed that my package will arrive safely.

I had huge problems finding this range. Im in the UK so cant even order from EDS since they cant ship it out of canada. A salon I go to here sells it but what they sell is Dr Renaud paris (this one is made in france) which is a different range than what EDS sells which is Dr Renaud Inc.(made in canada) so its a bit confusing. as far as i am aware you can only really purchase dr renaud from salon type places since the have to be authorised to sell it.

Thanks for your response! I thought it would be really easy to find Dr. Renaud products here in France because I assumed that they were predominantly made here, and then sub-manufactured in Quebec. I found them at a local salon as well as online from EDS when I was living in Canada.
At any rate, I am still waiting on the postal service ... so I still don't know if I can have the products shipped from Canada to France. |

If you have trouble getting them shipped from canada to france this is the site i ordered from http://www.skin-care-for-less.com/ it's the only one i have found to ship to the UK ,and i think they ship to any country.

Update: my shipment has been "lost" somewhere between Canada and France (probably here in France). It has been a month and I am now washing my face with soap. However, EDS is very nicely resending my package.
