Cna you use Jan Marini if you have false lashes on. or do you need to remove false lashes. |

I would think that the Jan Marini serum wouldn't be able to penetrate effectively with falsies on, because the glue and whatnot covers the skin immediately above the lash line. I would think it would be a waste of product to do so, IMHO

Well do you have to apply before putting on false lashes. Or can you apply while lashes are on. |

i would say for optimal results.. before you put them on and wait a little bit so it has a chance to penetrate the skin.  |
