Hello,
I do have this dark skin tone on the upper part of my legs(pits) near my genitals. It's kinda annoying to have this dark skin and I'd like to ask if theres any good applications to lighten the tone of my skin that won't harm or cause irritation since its near the sensitive parts. Thanks.

Have you consulted a dermatologist? My guess is given its location, a product with Hydroquinone should be effective, and relatively inexpensive. I wouldn't spend $ on more expensive creams for the face.
But if it's a birthmark...? I dunno. |
