I bought this last week, and finally tried it last night under my regular night time moisturizer (currently Dr. Grandel). It comes in little individual capsules, and you can use an entire one, or 1/2 of one if you use the other 1/2 within 24 hours.
It's a very creamy, thick lotion that smells awesome, and feels absolutely wonderful going on. I woke up a few times in the middle of the night and my skin still felt amazing. I couldn't tell for sure if I saw a difference in my skin this morning (after all....it had only been one use) but my husband commented that he could tell the lines above my upper lip were getting smaller. I've been doing microdermabrasion, and this was the first time he said he's noticed anything, so I'm really hoping it's the Dermalogica!! 
I'll post more if I notice a difference over the next few days or not. I've also got the Powerfirm for Lips & Eyes, so I'll post on that as well.
