Hi, I'm new to all your products. Only heard some of my friends talking abt it and they've sworn by it. Especially the Vit C.
I hv normal/oily skin with breakouts sometimes. What would you recommend? Pls advise me on the full regime...from cleansers to moisturiser & sunblock to night cream.
Thanks... |

Hi Kawaii,
Seems like we have similar skin types. There's a thread going around on "what products for what skin types" so you might to check that out.
FYI, here's what I use for my oily, occasional break-out-type skin
Cleanser: Yonka Gel Nettoyant for make up removal. MD Formulations (glycolic acid helps clear up the skin)
Toner: Yonka Lotion for normal to oily skin. It's a spray bottle.
Moisturizer: I mix Yonka Juvenil (acne treatment) with Yonka Creme PG for the morning time. For night time, I mix Yonka Juvenil with Creme 15 or Yonka Phyto 58 for a deeper treatment.
Exfoliator: Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. I think everyone on the forum swears by this product. It's a powder that you mix with water and it's a GREAT and gentle exfoliation process.
Mask: Yonka Mask 105 or PTR Sulfur Cooling Mask
As you can see, I'm the resident "Yonka Girl" -- but I also love Dermalogica. The Active Moist by Dermalogica is a GREAT foundation base. It's an oil free moisturizer but it really softens and smooths the skin. If you want more oil control, try Dermalogica Oil Control Lotion. It has a bit of salicylic acid PLUS this great oil-absorbing formula. You really will see the difference during the day (less oil). Dermalogica also has some great treatment masks, but I haven't been able to buy any yet cuz I'm a Yonka freak
Let me know if you have questions on the different types of products. Use what you like. Yonka smells so good so I stick with it. A ton of people also love Decleor for it's aromatherapeutic effects. Try out some samples and see what works well with your skin.
Good luck! |
