The new Sephora Friends & Family code will start soon. This is hearsay, but some say it will begin on Monday the 14th. Apparently there was a fluke and some were able to use it today! So ladies keep your shopping cart ready! The code is: FF2005 for 20% off anything.

If it's like last year it is for online orders only unless you have a physical Friends & Family card. Also last year it was not valid in Canada on sephora.com.

I will update when I know more.

In the meantime, here's what you can get with a $40 purchase and code: wishfor6 (while supplies last)

Image

Here's what the goodie bag holds:

Deluxe Samples included: 0.05 oz Prada Eau de Parfum, mini Too Faced Lip Injection, 15 ml Bliss Steep Clean Cleansing Milk, 2 oz Philosophy Falling In Love Perfumed Romantic Body Lotion, .04 oz Givenchy Very Irresistible For Men Eau de Toilette, .07 oz Tarte Glistening Powder in Sugar Daddy (soft bronze), 0.06 Benefit Dr. Feelgood, .08 oz Stila All Over Shimmer Powder *9 (champagne sparkle), and a 0.05 oz DuWop Venom Flash in Gold, tucked safely into a chic satin drawstring bag.

Personally I'm a sucker for these goodie bags and I couldn't pass this one up. I ended up ordering Philosophy Pure Grace perfume and a Clean Fun roll-on perfume. Love those clean scents!

As promised here is an update of the Sephora Friends & Family 20% off code:

Image

Q: Can I use the code on multiple orders?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I combine this code with others for free samples or free shipping?
A: No.

Q: Can I use a gift certificate during the FF sale?
A: Yup.

Q: How much do I have to spend for the code to work?
A: It applies to all orders up to $300.

Q: At what point do I enter a code?
A: In checkout, during the Payment stage.

Q: How much do I have to order for free shipping?
A: At least $75 before you apply the code.

Q: Can I use more than one gift certificate when ordering online?
A: No, but you can combine one EGC and a physical GC when ordering from Sephora.com, or you can call Sephora's CS at 1-877-SEPHORA.

Sorry Lianne, I was really hoping it would work for Canadians this year. If there's anything I can do to help just let me know.

So what did everyone get using this code? (or what are you GOING to get before it ends?)

I got my friend in FL to get a HEAP of goodies for me (oh and a couple in there for hubby too)

Guerlain Vetiver Eau de Toilette Spray Biotherm Intensive Bust Firming Gel (tried this years ago and thought might give it another whirl to help the puppies out)
Cellex-C Anti - Aging Kit (yay! my first Vit. C serum!)
L'Occitane Immortelle Elixir (dying to try this!)
Kinerase Intensive Eye Cream (Casper's Mum has such lovely skin around the eyes could not resist trying it!)
Jonathan Product Dirt Texturizing Paste (stocking filler for DH)

I saved about $65 (which basically made hubby's fragrance free) and because it went over 2 orders could get 6 different samples!! - and all with free US shipping. Shame the US-Yen exchange rate is up at the moment though. Crying or Very sad

Cheri,

I did not even DARE look at the makeup section! What samples did you choose? My friend split our order into three and I ended up with 3 each of:
Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline Eau de Toilette
Too Faced Lip Injection
CHANEL Chance Eau de Toilette Spray

hope I like them now I have so many! Laughing

I was just about to place an order with EDS but then saw the Sephora code. I filled a cart at Sephora with the exact items that I was going to order from EDS (all Dr H stuff). At EDS I get 10% discount and shipping for $4.40. At Sephora I'd get a 20% discount and free shipping. The two grand totals were only $2 apart! Shock EDS was only $2 more than Sephora. I knew EDS had great prices but it was a real eye opener to see the two deals side by side for the products I want. I think I'll stick with EDS for this order.

I agree that EDS can't be beat.

I'm not even sure if this is an "actual" Sephora notification. I found it on a beauty board.
What makes me question it is that it's supposed to start in a few days and I haven't gotten an email from Sephora yet. Normally I would have by now...I think anyway.

Hope it's real...my cart if full full FULL!

well, I just went and checked out the registry I have been making all year (it is usually filled with product that I cannot get at EDS) and 95% were no longer sold/available. Sad

I will probably just get some hair stuff (Carol's Daugher to try and DH favorite Dirt) and maybe a new Guerlain Vetiver sport for DH. Nothing else I want from their other than the Caudalie I have in basket here at EDS and it is eheaper here at EDS even after the Sephora 20% discount - even moreso when I have to consider the shipping from my friends house in USA to me in Japan. Ah well, I will still be spending about $90...

WAIT!!! If you're dying to try Dr. Brandt's Laser in a Bottle, you're better off signing up for the Test Tube sampling program (www.newbeauty.com), which is only $25 + $6 S&H, and contains a huge sample of the Laser in a Bottle (around a month's supply). The current Test Tube also contains a full size Obaji C serum, and Big/Generous samples of Jane Iredale foundations, NIA 24, Go Smile, Babor eye lift (nice stuff), and a $25 gift certificate. I've been using all of the samples for a month and I'll be ready to write reviews this weekend (look for the Smile ). It is soooo worth the price. I have to say I do not like the Laser in a Bottle. It feels tingly and hot/cool like Ben Gay and I saw no improvement with it. I do like the Babor eye lift and some of the NIA 24, and love the Jane Iredale, which I wouldn't have tried if not for these samples.

Good luck!

I know...I think Sephora really cuts off their market by not shipping internationally...they'd make so much more money and expand their business! It's not common sense to have international customers rely on when they manage to get to visit a store in person.

I agree! You can't beat EDS for skin care and I always order anything like that from here. However, Sephora is my "go to" site for makeup simply because they have so much of it. Their CS is outstanding (as well as EDS). Filling my cart now!
