Hi!
We were talking about this in another forum and I am curious how many of you use face spritzes or facial sprays.
Like the evian mist for example.
Thanks!
Bosoxy. |

I personally don't, but would one use one if they feel dry or something? |

I think that most who use them do so when it is hot outside or when exercising.
Depending on the type of spray it could have some beauty benefits. |

Yes, that would be a good way to describe it. |

yes everyday, off and on all day. I Love them! I have a couple different ones now (thanks to this board). I carry true in my purse. I use that to freshen up and cool my skin through out the day. I am using PSF in the morning to set my make up. It is nice and light and does not smudge my eye make up. |

I like to use Aloette Nutri-Hydrating Mist in the summer. I find it very soothing for my skin. |

Yes I use the Avene spray for times I use MMU and also when my skin just feels a bit dehydrated. A lil goes a long way. |

I don't use one, but that's probably because I'm not sure how my skin would benefit from using one. |

I use PSF after I get out of the shower to counteract the tightness as my face dries. I have a very specific routine in the AM and its a great way to moisturize without over-doing it, as I apply my SPF moisturizer later when I apply my makeup. My next purchase is going to be Caudalie grape water. |

Hi all, I've been using one on and off from Pure Luxe Cosmetics called Moisture Spritz mostly after I apply my MMU. I just bought from Skin Actives-Celestine Makeup Primer w/ Stronium, it's also recc as a spritz for other times. I think using spritzes has to become habit otherwise I just plain forget. |

Does Caudalie Beauty Elixir classify as one?
I don't know what it does to my skin but it certainly feels very good. |

I have been using MD Skincare's Hydra Pure mist, which in addition to adding to the skin's hydration, it is supposed to pull the bad minerals off the skin from tap water used when rinsing. I am a 52 year young woman with highly sensitive skin; I like the look and feel of my skin after using this product. In fact, all of his products I've used thus far are making more of a positive difference with my sensitivity and 'slackening' than any other. |

I use the Evian Mist almost everyday. I don't like that I pay $13 for water...but it's really great, I use it before I put jojoba oil/moisturizer on my face/body because I was told a long time ago it will absorb better if your skin is already damp. I use the mist in my hair if I don't wash it to 'reactivate' whatever product I used the day before. I love it. |

i always have a bottle of jurlique lavender water on my desk, which i use during the day.
i like the smell, and the cool feeling on my skin.
i tend to use it when getting bogged down with things at the office. i stop, spritz, take a deep breath to enjoy the scent, then get back into it.
very beneficial |

Although I've always wanted to. I've just never gotten around to it. Great post. Makes me want to investigate more on the subject. |

I think that means you already voted.
I use Evian mist but would like to look into something with a bit more *umph*. |

So people are using these mists for refreshing/moisturizing benefits during the day?
Why isn't this bad for the skin? If I've been out, there's definitely sweat, oil and most likely some dust and pollution particles on my face. And my skin might feel dry. But if I use a mist, it would hydrate, but wouldn't it also draw some of those impurities into my skin? It's the same idea as you wouldn't use a moisturizer without cleansing. Am I making sense? |

I use PSF R and R toner - sometimes I use it as a toner - wipe it off with a cotton ball, and sometimes I use it as a mist - very refreshing |

I use Jane Iredale's Balance spray to set my MMU. It really helps decrease the chalky look from over-applying my minerals. |
