I was looking at my thicker and longer lashes in the mirror the other day. I have been using the eyelash serum since October so I have a fair amount of eye lash growth. I even had to pluck some eyelashes that were growing too plentiful from the corners of my eyes.

I then felt something in my eyeball and lifted the bottom of my lid to see if something got stuck in it. I saw 2 eyelashes sticking out of eyeball under my bottom lid and freaked!!! I pulled them out and realized they were falling eyelashes and not growing directly from my eyeball!!! Embarassed

so scary, but the stuff is so potent i would have believed it if the eyelashes came from my eyeballs. Laughing

Hairy eyeballs. Sounds like a popular series with magic involved in the plot, gone bad. Gone very very bad. Shock

i actually thought of you last night as i was going to bed.... stayed up *way* to late and was pretty delerious as i was washing off my make up. when i got to my eyes, i started cussing the new black mascara i got from by Terry because the damned stuff wouldn't come off. i kept rubbing and rubbing and was getting really annoyed as i never had to do this with my usual Hauschka, sure that i was going to start losing lashes. i finally called a cease-fire with myself and looked in the mirror closer (i'm pretty nearsighted and the contacts were already out) to see how much mascara i had left on and if i'd still be able to apply carekate's Lush Lash over it. Shock i didn't have any mascara left and obviously hadn't for a few minutes at least. all that was left were *my* lashes which i tinted a week or two ago. Embarassed i haven't really looked that closely all week as i'm trying not to obsess about them. when the hey did they get so long and thick? where was i???

i put on my Lush Lash and kind of slunk to bed, totally embarassed, but grateful i hadn't rubbed them all off. the only thing that made me feel better was remembering you hairy eyeballs Laughing so thank you once again for sharing!

it's actually quite nice. not as natural or moisturising as Dr H or Sisley, a wee bit more drama. i imagine a *lot* more drama if you put on more than the one coat i do. i *think* i did a disservice to it, and that all that rubbing was only because i was delerious not because it was necessary.... will wear it again today and get back to you.
