Jurlique Calendula cream.
I'm a combo/prone to acne kinda gal...this is fabulous!!! Doesn't make me more oily in the least bit...in fact I think it helps keep me more matte!!!

emu oil mixed with HA serum -- the oilier I am, the less emu and the more HA I use.

I cant use moisturiser on my face at all, it brings me out in spots. A hydrating gel is about all I can manage.

Felinehhy, do you take the aloe vera from a fresh plant or is there a brand of aloe vera gel (or juice) that you use? I have thought about using aloe vera juice/gel to dilute my emu oil but haven't tackled yet researching which aloe veral product to use.

I use Biotherm aquasource, and I mix in a bit of vit c powder with it, in my palm.

Aloe gel is nice, but not AS nice, to me.

I really like using my Yonka Creme 15 + Dermol 3 combo. But if I didn't want to mix and had to choose I'd say Yonka's Creme PG.

I also really liked Shiseido's Pureness Mattifying Moisturizer - it's super light, can't say too much about its mattifying properties but it's a good moisturizer for uber oily skin gals with NO problems with dehydration.

Not only do I have oily skin, but I will literally break out at the drop of a hat, so finding a good moisturizer is key for me. The only ones I know of right now that have not clogged my pores AT ALL or made my skin more oily are Zenbiotic's Phyto Moisture and Moisture Enrichment, and Chrysalyx. All three are highly recommended. Surprised Oh, I'm also testing out the face and body moisturizer fromwww.bestbathstore.com . It's cheap, the ingredients are INCREDIBLE, and it seems to be working great so far, so it may just end up making it onto my safe-list too...

Big ditto on the Active Moist. The tinted moisturizer is equally good for me.

I don't use a traditional moisturizer because my skin makes enough "moisture" of its own. Applying anything on top of my natural oiliness just made my face feel slick and slimy.

But I'm MADLY IN LOVE with the homemade "Pearl Paste" that Mary turned me on to because it leaves my skin feeling hydrated, but still matte. This stuff has actually attained HOLY GRAIL status in my skincare regimen! You can read more about it and find the recipe in this thread: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=17656&highlight=pearl+paste

If you're a serious greaseball like me and can't stand the way that traditional moisturizers make your skin feel, then you owe it to yourself to try this out!

Emu oil + HA serum for me also. I'm combo, but there are areas where I'm quite oily and have pools of oil when I wake up in the morning Laughing . I also really like the pearl paste that carekate mentioned as she was so kind enough to send me a sample Wink . It's quite moisturizing.

I just use normal jojoba oil. With a combination of other things, my oily skin is practically normal now.

Do you not find the Ylang Ylang Balm too drying to be used at night more than two weeks at time? The 'official' Decleor instructions (for all of their nighttime balms) are two weeks on and two weeks off, otherwise it can be excessively drying....

I'm not Aries, but you'd use the Pearl Paste at night only -- it's not really meant for daytime application, or at least that wasn't the original intent by its creator/s!

Decleor's Ylang Ylang oil. I finally realize that for oily skin, oil is the best moisturizer. Both cream and gel are too thick and clog the pore. Oil just absorbed into the skin and mixed with the skin's natural oil. However, finding a good quality oil is important. I am now very interested in the Emu oil and jojoba oil.

Personally, I much prefer the texture and color of Murad's Tinted Moisturizer. I find the Dermalogica version too ... too ... "thick". No, poor adjective. Basically, I just don't like it's texture, and prefer that of Murad.
