Hello Everyone,
OK, so this problem may sound easy to solve....i.e. just stop using hair irons, but my hair is very dry and not in good condition at all. Basically, if I don't use my hair irons, my hair is a mess....fly-away, frizzy, dull etc..
I was just looking at some old pictures of myself from about 3 years ago and my hair had lots more shine to it. So, basically I've decided to take a break from my ghds.....but in the meantime, I have no idea how to style this frizzy, fly-away, thin, breaking lack-lustre pubic wig that is on top of my head!
Any suggestions appreciated! |

Do you use any type of hot press spray to protect your hear from the heat of the flat irons? I've used KMS before and it helped with not frying my hair. |

I ahve the same problem.
I have decided that a leave-in conditioner is the way to go.
I did research on MUA and ordered Brocato Saturation leave-in. It is good for fine hair and sounds like it won't weigh hair down.
HTH.

Some company makes products (shampoo, conditioner and treatment) specialy to protect them from the hair dryer and flat iron. I have use for a while Joico Silk Results . Its a bit to moisturizing but it protect my hair perfectly. Some serum you can put ( Rusk) on wet hair , then when they are dry you have a finishing spray. There is all sort of really good product out there for you ...you say frizzy look for Paul Mitchell Skinny im sure you would like them. |

Neutrogena Hair Mask (triple moisture) works wonders for me...I have dry/processed/frizzy w/o flat iron hair. I use this as an every other day conditioner then use the Triple moisture gloss drops before I dry. On odd days I use shampure and redken friz 101. I like John Frieda (sp) too but you have to put it on when your hair is soaking wet...otherwise you get greasy. |

Hi again,
I have been using ghd iron oil and frizz ease so far, but I'll try some of the products you guys have recommended and try to go easy on the irons - it's soooo much harder than I thought!
Thanks for the advice people
