It's the best make-up remover for my sensitive eyes. For contact lense wearers, nothing can beat this.
I perform a little test removing only one lense and leaving one on and use this lotion to wipe off eye shadow, eye glimmer, eye liner and under eye concealer and mascara ( in my case:non-waterproof but two heavy-duty coats plus the base).
It did a marvelous job! Feel just like fresh cool fragranced spring water, it wipes all traces of make-up off easily, and leaves behind no residue and not dry but moist and dewy and thoroughly cleansed skin without any irritation.
If you treasure your eyes and love to dress them up, you must have this lotion. I love it! One more cheer for Decleor! |

Oh! I must add:
Usually eye make-up removal always give me red eyes but not this Decleor Lotion. Bright and sparkling eyes I still have. Well, may be not that sparkling but still very bright indeed! |

I love this product as it is very gentle and helps to remove all make-up around the eyes easily. |

Is it oily? (at least to start with?). I'm looking for one that's not but though my Trish McEvoy one is fab, it makes my skin sting a little bit |
