Hi,
I am new to this board.
I am quite interested in skincare products on this website, but not sure which one fits my skin better. I would like to describe my skin first: it is sensitive and dry on cheeks, there is large pore on the nose and the area around it, there is also some blackhead on it. once in a while, there are some pimple on the chin. there are some lines around my eyes since I laugh a lot...I am 29 now and wondering wether I should start use anti-aging stuffs or just stick on basic skincare stuff.
since there are lots of brands here, I just know them for the frist time in my life and no mention have a chance to try. Could anyone here drop me a clue about any stuffs which maybe fit my skin? I don't mind the brand, it can be any brand, after all all brands here are strange for me.
one more question: how can I order the sample if I would like to try some? how much should I pay for the samples and shipping(I am in Canada)? can I order sample without ordering any products here?
Thanks...any suggestion will be helpful? |

It is important to start taking better care of your skin now, to maintain firmness for the Future!
However, before we make some suggestions, may I ask what your preferences are? Are you looking for something more neutral smelling, something with plant-based extracts, or do you like something with a little fragrance? |

I prefer something with little frangrance...since I am in the stress of final exams( or chilly dry wind now), the skin on my face become extremely sensitive, I would like to find out something to alleviate the sensitivity of my skin first. of course, your suggestion on regular skincare is also welcomed!!! thanks! |

Great question! I am in the same boat but a few years older than you. I also want to know if there are any suggestions or preventative measures to have great skin as I'm in my early 30's. |

Hi Sweet 28 - the early 30's is when "things" started to happen to my skin...the little lines started to creep in...I couldn't stay out all night partying and then still look great in the morning...(sigh)....There are a million and one things you can do to help alleviate what you might be experiencing now and to alleviate the "shock and awe" you'll feel when you see what happens when you hit 40-ish! But all is not lost! There are so many fantastic skin care lines out there....Enjoy perusing the Forum - there are a great many well-versed members...I can't believe the skin-saavy-ness (that isn't a word, is it?) of some of these members! Anyways...you'll probably find that the first thing people recommend is sunscreen - get a good sunscreen first and foremost!

Pudoodles, thanks for the advice and I am finding a lot of helpful posts on this forum!
It's true, I notice my skin is not the same as it use to be if I don't get enough sleep, or from a poor diet. I wish you could have told me about the sunscreen when I was in my early 20's. Back then I never used it and now I am making up for it with an SPF 30 during winter, and SPF 58 during summer months. I guess the confusion nowadays is that there are too many products to try. Each one has a promise of its own. This forum, samples, and advice from individuals like you definitely help! |

I'm 25. I have been using Age Delay from Chanel for a while. Already have some fine lines around eyes. |
