I am only 18 and have dry, flaky, itchy skin on my face. For some reason when I get all hot and bothered from exercises, I don't seem to sweat; instead my face and body drys up leading to it becoming itchy. What is the cause of this and what can I do about this?

Perhaps you are dehydrated? I too was experiencing this early this year when I was at the gym ... except I was sweating, but I was itchy. Maybe you should boost your water intake. If this doesn't help, I say see your doctor.
You may also want to try Phytomer's Accpet skincare line; their Soothing Skin Face Cream is great, and there is also an itch-relieving body lotion. |
