Know that I found my favorite MMU-Lumiere Veena Velet, could you help me with the brush? Real or fake-which is best? Also, what brush should you use for the silk powder? Thanks! |

Congratulations on finding your match in Lumiere!
For foundation I like a kabuki. There are so many different brands out there and everyone has a different favorite. Mine is the PrettyPretty kabuki. I think it's capra hair. I've been looking for a synthetic brush that is super dense, but I haven't had any luck yet. |

I ordered some synthetic brushes from Lumiere yesterday and I hope they will be here soon |

Does anyone know if it's better to use real hair brushes or synthetic? Also, what is the pure radiance? Thanks! |

I've been getting good results with natural bristle brushes. I use the Luscious kabuki for my finishing powder and the Jane Iredale powder brush for applying my MMU. |

Janie, I can't seem to find a natural hair brush that doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I have a Lumiere Synthetic Kabuki which is 100X better than my Nars and Chanel brushes. However, the Lumiere brush is NOWHERE near as nice as the Alima #25 powder brush, which is my absolute holy grail. I swear, the search is over. It is SO soft, SO luxurious, and the flat top applies the most perfect layer on MMU. It also makes my Alima MMU feel like cream going on my face. It's out of stock right now, but when it comes back in stock I would HIGHLY recommend trying it--- it's the best $25 you'll ever spend! Check out the 100% rave reviews for it on MUA, too! |

The JI Handi brush is very soft, but I like a denser brush. |

I am so tired of hearing this! It's not fair that everyone keeps raving about a brush that I can't order! I hope that it comes back in stock soon. I'll just go away and pout now.... |

I use Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil as a finishing powder over my liquid foundation and use the Chanel Powder Brush #6 for the most part. I also like Sephora Professional Natural Rounded Powder Brush (which is even bigger than the Chanel one). |

I've had my JI Handi for more than half a year now, I believe. However, this time that I washed it, the hair dried into different length, instead of the nice and soft flat top it's supposed to be. I am quite heartbroken and have no idea why! |
