I ordered this based on a similar review that this product combined with Egyptian magic had transformed the hands of a poster here. I really encourage everyone to try this product alone in their own way, it really is wonderful. It is perfect for those of us that cannot tolerate acids at all. It is gel based, goes on like water when you rub it on. I used this on my face, neck, and back. I used it on wet, but makeup free skin (too lazy to cleanse first), but I will try this on dry skin since water is the main ingredient and adding more seems redundant. My back is extremely broken out for whatever reason (currently slathering it in retin-a nightly to treat) and this gel didn't sting at all!! This is way too much information, but chunks of my skin started coming off. I rolled the dead skin off, very satisfying. I had to rinse off in the end. It acts like more of a solvent rather than an exfoliant. On other forums it is argued that this is not your dead skin/oils coming off, I just don't agree. My skin was left fresh, pink but NOT irritated at all (and my skin is SUPER sensitive!!!) and incredibly smooth. I already exfoliate my face manually with a Clarisonic, so the most drastic change was in my neck and back. I can't stop touching it. I will continue to use this 2-3 times a week to see if any sensitivity arises. Smells a bit like alcohol, but the results made up for any reservations I had regarding the ingredients. I feel like my existing product absorbed a million times better.
Here are the ingredients:
Ingredients
water (activated hydrogen water, non-acidic and purified), glycerin, acrylates/C10-30, alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, dicocodimonium, chloride, steartrimonium bromide, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, gingko biloba extract, rosmarinus officinalis/rosemary leaf extract, butylene glycol. |

I'm in love with Cure Natural Aqua Gel. I read the same post as well about exoliating your hands with Cure and then applying Egyptian Magic. Seems like a wonderful idea....but....
I am just hesitant about using it anywhere else except my face. It costs $39 on Amazon for 1 bottle. That is 250ml, and it is recommended that you use 3-5 pumps on your face, each pump equaling 1ml. That means it last just 20 weeks for the face alone.
As I mentioned, I am absolutely in love with the product and have never used an exfoliator that left my skin feeling as clean and bright as Cure.
I'm glad it's working so well on other parts of your body though! and YES that is definitely dead skin rolling off! and yes it is gross! but also very wonderful... |

Based on all the positive comments I've seen about this stuff on the web, I ordered some samples from ebay (before I sprang for the cost of a full bottle!) & can't wait to try it. I use Retin A almost every night, I wonder if I should skip a few nights before I use this? |

There have been a lot of Cure threads of late...
I've raved about Cure here before.
I mean, they sell 1 every 20 seconds in Japan. Isn't that saying enough??
all there is to say about Cure is that the way it exfoliates so effectively (rolling dead skin off into little balls) afterwards you can actually feel your other products work better. I use SK-II and spend a lot on it. Cure's price comparatively is cheap considering it lets my SK-II products reach my natural skin instead of sitting on top of dead skin cells. |

I got samples of this and love it. It is amazing stuff! It really is dead skin coming off. I use Retin A almost every night and don't feel I need to only use the Cure after not using Retin A for a few days. I used it then applied my Retin A and the next day my skin looked great. I use it on clean, dry skin. I used it on my hands too and the dead skin just rolled off! |
