Some of you might know that I am a die-hard Cellcosmet user. I have faithfully used their cleanser, eye cream and moisturizers in their product line for years. With the last price increase, I felt compelled to at least try some other lines to once again make sure I had the best product for my skin. I have tried several other high end lines as well as mid and then drug store brand products. Although I haven’t had “a true breakdown” where the area around my nose was raw, I still don’t feel I have found a suitable replacement to the ultra vital.

The Regenera Cream II is nicely priced at approximately 125.00, a nice price difference from 295.00 for ultra vital. Packaging is the same, I rec’d a little scooper to take the moisturizer out of it’s jar which is 1.6 oz. Usage is less; just a little bit goes a long, long way. I have pretty porous skin; I can take bacon grease on my skin without reaction. Regenera is heavy; I believe people with porous dry skin will not have an issue with the consistency. I “shine” afterwards, but within 15 minutes Regenera is completely absorbed. My big question is, is it really doing any work? Is this just a moisturizer or is it feeding my skin preventing my skin from wrinkling? I just don’t have the answer, which is why I don’t know if I will purchase this product again. Every other factor is there, availability, price of product and application but maybe it is too early to tell whether this product is the replacement for Ultra Vital. I will re-review in a few months; I just hit 30 days maybe more time will tell. At this point I give this product 8 out of 10. I would repurchase but don’t think I could use this in the summer it would be too heavy.

What is the ingredient listing? Does it bother you that you have to wait a few minutes for the cream to soak in before you apply your sunblock?

If you wanted to save some money, why not use Juvena? It is the same company that makes Cellcosmet.

I believe La Praire is the same company that make Juvena.
I havent found anything yet that compares to the results of Ultra vital so it will still remain in my routine for many years down the track I would say.

I must of got confused about who made Juvena. I agree with you about Ultra Vital. I still think you are getting your money's worth. Very Happy

No, here are their members so it must be shareholders who invested into these companies or one company owns all of them.

and here is the company explanation on their quality and what Made in Switzerland means...
