Can anyone recommend a good multivitamin+antioxidants+herbal beauty supplement? I have heard about Dr.Perricones Total Body Nutritional Supplements.Has anyone tried it?Also,do collagen tablets really help plump the skin? Thank you,

Well, first off, I think almost any multivitamin tablet will be beneficial for you IF you are defficient. In terms of antioxidants and good beauty supplements I can think of a few:
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Grapeseed Extract
Vitamin C/E
Evening Primrose Oil
MSM
Horsetail
Silica |

| Well, I live in Australia so we will probably have brands here that you don't have access to. Hopefully someone else can answer your question. But, I think I bought the Grapeseed Extract, ALA, silica and horsetail fromwww.goldenglow.com.au, my MSM is made by a company called NutraLife, and my EPO is made by a company called Healtheries. |

http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=3625 We have found that it significantly helps plump up lips and a couple of ladies are hoping that it will have an effect on the bags/wrinkles under their eyes, although it doesn't look like anyone has reported back recently with a status update...maybe they'll see this new topic and report their findings!
Also, Zinfandel -- where do you live? Your profile info doesn't include your location, but with a name like that I'm guessing maybe you're somewhere in the Napa Valley!! Anyway, if you live in the U.S., one of our members (Judy Marshall) can give you lots of good recommendations about what and where to buy nutritional supplements, although I don't believe she's back from her vacation/cruise as yet....

Wow carrie!You have me all agog about the HA/collagen supplements now. Thanks for the research and filling us in!What brand name do they go by?Can they be purchased online.
I live in Delhi(India),keep travelling to n fro to london.Hoping that i should be able to find the same brand there.Would love to see a pic of yours!Thanks a ton dear.  |
