Within the past week, I've been receiving a lot of e-mails and phone calls from customers, inquiring why :
- "we have not responded to their e-mails"
- "no order confirmation was received to their
e-mail"
It seems that customers using Hotmail/MSN are not receiving our correspondance, despite our having sent (sometimes numerous) e-mails.
This is relative to filters from MSN! We cannot adjust these for you.
If you aren't receiving mail that has been sent from people you know, it may be because your Junk E-mail filter or your Block Sender list has excluded them.
Check your Junk E-mail filter settings

AOL USERS
AOL recently made changes to their e-mail system to reduce spam sent to their customers This change has had the unintended consequence of keeping certain legitimate e-mail messages from entering their systems. Additionally, AOL’s update also targets e-mail generated by PCs infected with viruses. |

Our incredible technical staff has been working around the clock to address these issues.
I'm happy to say that we have been resolved. Working with the very helpful support staff at Hotmail, we have been able to amend the filters that prevented clients from receiving our outgoing mail.
We have also taken similar steps with Comcast and AOL. With luck we should have those issues resolved within the next two days.
