Hi Everyone
I'm confused on what to take for anti-aging or smoother skin:
Hydrolyzed Collagen type I/III (Neocell makes these), MSM, or Silica capsules?
I'm looking for additional supplements for preventative measures to keep my skin tight and unlined.
Currently, I'm using Retin-A .025% gel, high PPD sunscreen, and Cellex-C.

| I don't even know why I'm posting, but currently taking the collagen capsules along with MSM powder. I haven't noticed much change yet, but only been on both for a little less than a month. |

I take all three but I'm an old slapper who needs too.
You may want to take 1g of vitamin C a day as it works in conjunction with MSM in maintaining collagen production. |

Me too - MSM powder, liquid silica, and Jan Marini C-estamins (which contain the Bio-cell Collagen II). |
