Well....Neutrogena has officially let me down with this product. I've given it over a month and I've seen NO results. I was using it 2x's a day (am and pm) just like it says and besides the boost in moisture I saw no other results.
Claims:
"goes beyond plumping to recapture the five dimensions of youthful-looking lips to boost fullness, define contour, diminish the look of lip lines, soften and enhance lip tone."
Actual Results
A little moisture (less than if I had used a lip balm) and the little beads in the formula are...well...annoying. I do have fine lines around my mouth and this did nothing for those. After about 3 weeks of use I got a blemish near my lip...that I blame on this stuff.
Overall....YUCK! Did not do what it said and I paid $15 for this stuff...it could have at least moisturized better.

The only Neutrogena lip stuff I can find in Canada is the ordinary lip balm, but I'll keep your comments in mind if I end up shopping in the States. |
